LIGHTNING RE-ASSIGN LW NORM MILLEY TO SPRINGFIELD
The 2004 Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning have re-assigned left wing Norm Milley to Springfield of the American Hockey League today, Executive Vice President and General Manager Jay Feaster announced.

The 6-foot-0, 195-pound native of Toronto has skated in 14 games with the Lightning this season, recording two goals and one assist. He scored his first NHL goal January 17 at the Los Angeles Kings, and scored his second goal February 4 against the Washington Capitals.

Milley has appeared in 34 games with Springfield this season, scoring 12 goals and adding 20 assists. He has scored seven power play goals and one shorthanded goal. Entering this season he had skated in 15 career NHL contests, all with the Buffalo Sabres, recording three assists. He was signed by the Lightning as a free agent on August 18, 2005.
