RECAP:
The Tampa Bay Lightning Prospects playing in Traverse City fell to the Detroit Red Wings, 2-1, on Saturday.
The Red Wings opened the scoring in the first on the power play. Torrie Wheat tied the game for the Lightning in the second with P.J. Atherton and Marek Bartanus adding assists. Ryan Keller capped a two-point game for Detroit with the game-winner at 15:36 of the third and the Red Wings held on for the victory. Maxime Boisclair led the Lightning in shots with three while Karri Ramo made 25 saves on 27 shots for the Bolts.
The Lightning will play Atlanta (2-0) on Monday night before the championship round on Tuesday.
