9 MORE CUTS MADE AS LIGHTNING PREPARE TO HOST DALLAS SUNDAY

The Tampa Bay Lightning reduced their training camp roster by nine players today, it was announced by Executive Vice President & General Manager Jay Feaster. After today, 29 players remain in Lightning camp. Following are the nine players who have been reassigned:

The Lightning, (1-0-1) make their home preseason debut at 7 p.m. on Sunday, September 24 when Mike Modano, Eric Lindros and the Dallas Stars visit the St. Pete Times Forum (AM 620 WDAE). The team then heads to Montreal to face the Canadiens on Tuesday (7:30 p.m., AM 620 WDAE) before closing out its home preseason schedule on Thursday, September 28 when the Detroit Red Wings make their only visit to the St. Pete Times Forum of 2006-07 (7:30 p.m., AM 620 WDAE).
