LIGHTNING REDUCE CAMP ROSTER BY SIX
28 PLAYERS REMAIN AS TEAM PREPARES FOR FINAL THREE PRESEASON GAMES

TAMPA BAY – The Tampa Bay Lightning reduced their training camp roster by six players today, it was announced by Executive Vice President & General Manager Jay Feaster. After today, 28 players remain in Lightning camp. Following are the six players who have been reassigned:

The Lightning will host the Detroit Red Wings Monday night at 7:30 p.m. (Sun Sports, AM 620 WDAE) before hitting the road for their final two preseason games in Detroit on September 27 at 7:30 p.m. and in Dallas on September 29. They will open their 15th season on October 4 when they host the New Jersey Devils at 7:30 p.m. The team has a scheduled day off on Sunday before the final home preseason game on Monday.
