The Lightning Insider
Let tampabaylightning.com become your destination for all the latest Lightning scoops. The Lightning Insider will be in the stands, in the locker room and on the road with the team throughout the 2007-08 season to provide you with a positive look at the Bolts as they pursue Lord Stanley’s hardware. Our resident snoop will post the latest following practices and morning skates, and he’ll make sure you’re the first to know when the Lightning are making news.  Have a question or comment for The Insider?  Send me an email at Insider@tampabaylightning.com

The Lightning find themselves in an interesting situation the next two nights, with back to back games against Carolina and Washington, two teams fighting for the division title and their playoff lives. Head coach John Tortorella spoke this morning about his team having something to play for in the spoiler role tonight, and that he expected that to lift the level of play after Monday’s snoozer against Atlanta.

Mike Smith will be in goal tonight, with no lineup changes expected. Andre Roy, Shane O’Brien and Karl Stewart are scheduled to be the healthy scratches. Lightning captain Tim Taylor is on the trip and is expected to join Dave Mishkin in the radio booth for all three games on the trip.

OK, time to eliminate some more movies in the contest. It’s not Youngblood, Wayne’s World, Sudden Death or Clerks. C’mon folks, give me a little more credit. I said it’s one of my favorite movies. Clerks was a good one but those other three are brutal.

I’ll help you hone your guesses a little better. I said hockey was in the movie, and in fact there’s only a casual mention of hockey. Also, the actor who played the character pictured in the silhouette will be in the Tampa Bay area sometime within the next few weeks.

Remember, you need to email me with the name of the character (not the actor) and the name of the movie the character is from. Good luck.
