Bolts vs. Habs Keys to the Game

Keys to the Game

It's another critical battle for the Bolts against the Montreal Canadiens, the team they're tied with for 12th in the East at 37 points. Lightning have more wins and a game in hand. Look for this tonight on Sun Sports at 7:00 PM:

PLAY WITH SOME DESPERATION
They had plenty of that in Ottawa, and seem to have it more often when undermanned. They need to bring it with a full lineup tonight. Ryan Malone is expected to play. If he does, new defenseman Brendan Mikkelson will be out. If Bugsy can't go, it'll be 7 D with Mikkelson. Pierre-Cedric Labrie will make his NHL debut in either scenario. And of course, Brett Connolly is back after his fine showing at the World Juniors.
KEEP THE MONTREAL MOJO
Bolts have won at least once at the Bell Centre in 11 of the last 12 seasons. Those two locals, nos. 4 and 26, seem to like to play here.
POWER PLAY SUCCESS AROUND THE CORNER?
We all know the power-play has been a disappointment, but the chances were there in Ottawa, with six shots, more than in recent games. Keep banging at the door.

Enjoy the game everyone!
