Bolts vs. Jets Keys to the Game

Keys to the Game

Hello Bolts Nation!

Huge game today here in Winnipeg. Lightning are 5 points behind Jets/Leafs/Panthers for a playoff spot in the East, or first in the Southeast. On Sun Sports tonight at 8:30 we will be talking about:

KEY 1: CONTINUE STRONG STARTS
In the Bolts' three straight wins, they've outscored their foes 5-1 in the first period.
KEY 2: KEEP JETS IN CHECK
The checking quintet of Malone-Thompson-Hall, Brewer-Hedman has held down some pretty good lines during the streak. The Ladd-Little-Wheeler line has been hot with 22 points in the last 6 games. Getting the Lightning unit on against them will be tougher, being on the road.
KEY 3: STAY CONFIDENT ON THE ROAD
Just as Bolts fans have been a great help to the Lightning achieving a 18-9-2 record at the Tampa Bay Times Forum, the Jets have nearly the same record playing at the raucous MTS Centre. It'll be loud and confining in there tonight, so the confidence and poise the Lightning have gained in their 10-3-2 run will be put to the test.

Enjoy the game everyone!
