Join us on Wednesday, March 21 at the Tampa Bay Times Forum as the Tampa Bay Lightning team up with USA Hockey to host a Lightning Made Youth Hockey Clinic. Join two-time NHL All-Star and Tampa Bay Lightning Alumni, Brian Bradley, as well as former Boston College assistant coach, and head coach at Bowling Green State University, Scott Paluch as we help you hone your skills using USA Hockey’s American Development Model (ADM).
Youth hockey coaches are also invited to join the Lightning and USA Hockey on March 21st to learn coaching fundamentals from former Boston College assistant coach, and Bowling Green State University head coach, Scott Paluch, as well as former Brown University head coach, and University of Vermont assistant coach, Roger Grillo. This opportunity includes both on-ice instruction throughout the day's clinic, as well as Q & A following as they help walk you through the proper ADM methods and techniques to get the most out of youth hockey practices.
Date: Wednesday, March 21
Age Groups: 8 and under, 12 and under
Time: The first age group will hit the ice at 6:00 PM. Each age group will gain one, full-hour of on-ice instruction with the final age group leaving the ice at 8:45 PM. Coach's are invited to join for one or both of the on-ice sessions and stay for a Q & A immediately following the second on-ice session.
- Ages 8 and under 6:00 - 7:15 PM
- Ages 12 and under 7:30 - 8:45 PM
Each age group is limited to 50 skaters and 4 goalies.
