The Tampa Bay Lightning thanks you for your support and patronage of the St. Pete Times Forum. Listed below are a few faq's to help you with your visit and experience with OK Hockey, LLC.

WHERE CAN I PARK?

1,500 spaces are available in the South Regional Parking Garage, located on the west side of the St. Pete Times Forum. 10,000 spaces are within walking distance (South of Kennedy Blvd.).

WHERE CAN I GET MONEY?
.ATM's are located on the West Plaza and at sections: 104, 112, 126, 204 and 312.

WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MEDICAL ATTENTION?
There are two first aid offices in the St. Pete Times Forum, located on the Plaza at section 112 and on the Terrace at  section 312.

WHAT IF I NEED TO USE THE RESTROOMS?
There are a total of 37 public restrooms, including disabled restrooms and restrooms equipped with baby changing stations on each level.

WHERE CAN I SMOKE?
Smoking is not permitted inside the St. Pete Times Forum. Guests on the 100 and 300 Levels may use the smoking areas outside sections 328 and 126/128. Guests on the Jeep Club Level may use the smoking patio outside section 212. Shots @ Channelside will also be open during the game for smokers.

WHAT IF I NEED GUEST SERVICES?
Guest Services is located across from section 101.

CAN I SCALP TICKETS?
Selling of tickets for any St. Pete Times Forum event, including Lightning tickets, on the premises is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted.

AM I ALLOWED TO TAKE PICTURES OR VIDEO?
Video cameras are not permitted into the St. Pete Times Forum. For all Lightning games, spectators are allowed to bring in cameras that have a lens no longer than six inches. Guests wanting to know the specific policy for other events should call the box office prior to arrival at 813.301.6500.

CAN I BRING MY PET?
Pets are not permitted in the St. Pete Times Forum, however all service animals are welcome.

PUCKS?
Safety Warning: Pucks can be propelled into the spectator areas any time warm-up or play is in progress, or after the stoppage of play. To help avoid injury, stay alert whenever you are in the stands. If you are injured, ask the nearest usher for directions to the medical station.

Fans are welcome to keep any puck shot into the stands, but NHL rules prohibit interference with any game in progress. Any fan interfering with a game will be ejected from the building.
READMITTANCE?
Once you have been admitted through the gate, readmittance is not permitted. In the case of an emergency you can contact Guest Services (across from section 101) before leaving to receive a readmittance pass.

RESTRICTED INFORMATION?
In the interest of our guests' safety, the following items may not be brought into the St.Pete Times Forum.

  • Alcohol or beverages of any kind               
  • Bottles, cans, containers of any kind              
  • Chains, spiked bracelets, weapons or fireworks of any kind.              
  • Video or audio recording devices.              
  • Laser pointers.              
  • Large banners or signs, banners or signs with objectionable language, banners or signs on a  pole of any kind
DISABLED ACCOMMODATIONS?
Seating locations, restrooms, and telephone facilities are provided. The St. Pete Times Forum offers a barrier free entrance with an elevator dedicated for our disabled guests. Please notify the box office of disabled seating requirements when purchasing tickets. Inquire about our disabled information booklet.

HOUSEKEEPING?
If housekeeping is needed in your area, please notify the nearest usher or crowd control employee and they can call housekeeping to your area.

EMERGENCY MESSAGES?
The St. Pete Times Forum suggests that if you are expecting an emergency call, please leave your seat location with your caller and have them call St. Pete Times Forum Security at 813.301.6770. Upon arrival, please leave your name and seat location with Guest Services across from section 101. Guests can not be paged at an event, but if you receive a call Guest Services will come find you at your seat.

LOST CHILDREN?
If you have become separated from your party, report to Guest Services across from section 101. The St. Pete Times Forum does not have a paging system, however, all staff member with hand held radios will be given a description of missing parties.

Tag-A-Kid Program

All guests who would like to register their child for the Tag-A-Kid Program may do so at Guest Services across from section 101. The Guest Service staff will take down the child and parents name along with the seat location. The child will then receive a wristband with his/her seat location. The wristband will give an event staff employee the necessary information to escort the child back to his/her seat.

LOST AND FOUND?
If you have lost an item at the St.Pete Times Forum, visit Guest Services across from section 101. Or call 813.301.6502 during business hours.

GUEST DROP-OFF AND PICK-UPS?
Guests should be dropped off and picked up at the 15 minute half circle located off Channelside Drive in front of the building. Persons picking up guests after an event should plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to the end of the show. The City of Tampa does close Channelside Drive for a short time following an event to allow pedestrian traffic to exit the building.

  • Off the Chrysler Jeep Plaza (West Side of the Building)              
  • Gate B 6-8 turnstiles, Guests with 100 and 300 level tickets.              
  • Gate A 4-5 turnstiles, Guests with 100 and 300 level tickets.              
  • Jeep Club Entrance 2 turnstiles, Guests with 200 level tickets,
    Channelside tickets, or Suite tickets.
  • Off the Chrysler Plaza (East Side of the Building)              
  • Gate C 2 turnstiles, Guests with 100 and 300 level tickets.              
  • Chrysler Suite Entrance, 1 turnstile, Guests with Suite tickets,
    Jeep Club tickets, Channelside tickets.
