1. Select from the player names below and save the file you wish to use to your computer
2. While logged into your Facebook profile, hover over the lower right hand corner of your current cover photo until the option to "Change Cover Photo" appears.
3. Click "Upload Photo" and then select the file that you saved in step #1
4. Adjust image accordingly within the cover area and select "Save Changes"
5. Be sure to follow the Tampa Bay Lightning on Facebook

1. Select from the player names below and save the file you wish to use to your computer
2. Click on this link: https://twitter.com/account/profile_settings?tab=backgrounds
3. If you are not logged in, you must log in to your twitter account and will then be redirected back to that page
4. At the bottom of that page, click on 'Change background image'
5. Click 'choose file' and then select the file that you saved in step #1
6. Make sure the 'tile background' option is not checked
7. Click save changes
8. Be sure to follow the Tampa Bay Lightning on Twitter @TBLightning

Once your changes are saved, for optimal appearance, go to "Change design colors" and set your design's "background" to Tampa Bay blue (#002664) to make the image fade off of the screen."
