How does my Bolt Nation STM Card work?

Your Bolts Nation STM Card is a new and convenient way to access your Tampa Bay Lightning Season Tickets and Member Benefits. Your Bolts Nation STM Card is unique to your account and it contains your season ticket package all on one card.

All you need to do is present your Bolts Nation STM Card to a ticket taker upon entry into the Tampa Bay Times Forum. Cards will be scanned as you and your guests enter the building just like your traditional tickets had in the past. Your ticket location is on the back of your Bolts Nation STM Card and, if you require assistance, any of our guest services staff members would be happy to help you locate your seat.

How do I give my tickets to clients or friends?

"My Bolts Nation Account" on our website will allow you to print or forward your tickets to anyone you choose.

You can log into My Bolts Nation Account by clicking here and entering either your account number or email address on account into the "My Bolts Nation Account " box located at the top right side of the page. You will need your Lightning password to access your account. If you do not know your password, please call your Account Membership Executive or Client Services at 813-301-6800 for assistance. You can also click the forgot password link to have your password emailed to you directly.

If you have multiple accounts that all have the same email address, you will be able to view all of your accounts by logging into My Bolts Nation Account using your email address. If you log into My Bolts Nation Account using your account number, you will only be able to view the details for that specific account.

What if all my guests are not with me?

We would suggest electronically forwarding (through My Bolts Nation Account ) your tickets to your guests in advance, in order to provide them with the most efficient entry into the building. They will bring the printed version of the ticket for entry to the game, and the Bolts Nation STM Card will no longer be valid for entry. Tickets can be forwarded through My Bolts Nation Account up until puck drop of that game.

Should you have a last minute change of plans (within two hours of puck drop), you can always go to the ticket office at Tampa Bay Times Forum and ask to have a ticket from your account printed and left at Will Call for your guest.

Reminder: Once you have printed or forwarded a ticket for a particular game, the Bolts Nation STM Card for that location will be deactivated. Please ensure that you do not attempt to scan that card as it will not permit you entry into the Tampa Bay Times Forum. The card will, however, remain active for all future games.

Is there a fee to electronically forward my tickets?

There is no fee to forward or print your tickets through My Bolts Nation Account for Season Ticket Members of the Tampa Bay Lightning.

At the beginning of the season can I forward multiple games to my ticket partner?

Yes, you can do this by logging into My Bolts Nation Account and forwarding games/seats to your selected share ticket partner(s). At this point, each game will have to be forwarded one transaction at a time. In the future, Ticketmaster (our ticketing partner) expects to have a feature where you will be able to forward multiple games in one transaction.

If you want to have a season split with your share partner(s) and there are many games involved with the split, the Lightning can do this for you by mailing an additional Bolts Nation STM Card to your share partner(s) accordingly. A minimum transfer of six games is needed for a share partner to be issued a Bolts Nation STM Card.  

Can I print my tickets at home or office and not use my Bolt Nation STM Card?

Yes, you can choose to print your tickets by logging into My Bolts Nation Account and following the "Print at Home" option. Once you do this, your Bolts Nation STM Card will no longer have those specific ticket(s) stored on the card and you will need the printed ticket to enter the arena. Again, as a Season Ticket Member this service is complimentary.

Is my parking pass on my Bolt Nation STM Card?

No, your parking pass is a physical pass and is not stored on your Bolts Nation STM Card. A printed parking pass is necessary to enter any Season Ticket Member Lot at the Tampa Bay Times Forum.

What happens if I lose my Bolt Nation STM Card or it is stolen?

If your Bolts Nation STM Card is lost or gets stolen please contact your Account Membership Executive immediately. The bar code associated to your season pass will be disabled and will no longer be able to be scanned at the Tampa Bay Times Forum. Stock tickets or new cards will be issued to replace your lost or stolen season tickets for the remainder for the 2012-13 Lightning home games.

Does a print at home ticket or forwarded ticket show the normal face price of a ticket?

Yes, your printed ticket will show the seat location and Season Ticket Member price for that respective game. As a Tampa Bay Lightning Season Ticket Member you always pay the lowest price. Additionally, a print at home ticket will show the account holder's name, a forwarded ticket will show the recipient's name and a ticket receipt printed when using your Bolts Nation STM Card will show the primary ticket holder's account number, but not the name.

What happens during the playoffs?

Playoff tickets will be issued directly to you as hard stock tickets for the 2012-2013 season.
