As a Tampa Bay Lightning Season Ticket Member you were offered three benefit options to choose from which provide various incentives for games cancelled during the 2012-13 season due to a work stoppage. If you selected either the Bolts Bucks Rewards Plan or the Pay it Forward Plan and the full 2012-13 season is cancelled due to a work stoppage, you are agreeing to renew your season tickets for the 2013-14 season at your 2012-13 season ticket price.
The deadline to make your Loyalty Option selection was October 31, 2012. If you would like to discuss your account or your Loyalty selection, please contact your Account Membership Executive directly or a member of our Client Services staff at 813-301-6800. Details on each of the plans are below.
Lightning Loyalty Rewards Program Options
Season Ticket Members receive 10% APR Interest on your full investment in food, beverage and merchandise credit and are good for any Lightning home games and valid at Firestick Grill. Bolts Bucks Reward Program Members receive front of the line access to Times Forum Concerts and Events and a commemorative 20th Anniverary Lightning hat*.
Season Ticket Members receive a 5% APR Interest on your full investment in account credit. Credit will be paid to your account monthly following any missed games. Funds on your account may be applied to the 2013 playoffs or the 2013-14 regular season.
Receive a refund of your Season Ticket Purchase plus 1% APR Interest. Check or credit card refunds will be issued monthly following any missed games. Payments will be made in the first 10 days for refunds and APR earned the previous month.
