Help Raise Funds for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

The Lightning Foundation is proud to announce that the 12th Annual Bolt Run presented by vitaminwater® will take place on Saturday, March 9, 2013 at the Tampa Bay Times Forum. The event consists of a 5km, 5-mile and 1-mile Fun Run, spanning the entire morning and features pre-and post-race parties on the West Plaza of the Times Forum.

Each registered participant will receive a commemorative Bolt Run shirt, pre/post-race parties, a Lightning themed race goodie bag, food and beverages, a donation to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Lightning Foundation, as well as a free ticket to the Lightning’s game on March 18 against the Philadelphia Flyers or the Tampa Bay Storm home opener on March 23 versus the Jacksonville Sharks.

There will also be additional giveaways including autographed Lightning items and tickets to upcoming events and concerts at the Times Forum. Other activities include on-site zumba, a rock wall, face painting, games, and much, much more!

Participant Information:

Start Times: 5K - 7:00 am, 5 Mile - 7:30 am, 1 Mile Family Fun Run – 8:30am

Participants are encouraged to sign up early and to pick up their race packets prior to the day of the event. Pre-registered runners can pick up their packets on Tuesday, March 5 and Wednesday, March 6 between 9 a.m. and 7:30 p.m., or on Friday, March 8, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Times Forum’s Lakewood Ranch Client Services Lounge.
